Privacy policy

RVH Studio ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and how we protect it, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and, where it applies, other privacy laws such as the GDPR.

What we collect

When you use our contact form or message us, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address and your message.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, prepare your free website check or quote, and, if you ask us to, to tell you when the WhatsApp AI assistant is available. We do not sell or rent your information.

Who we share it with

Our website and form are hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf. We may also use email and messaging services such as WhatsApp to communicate with you. These providers handle your information under their own privacy and security policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records as required by law.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to us using it. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa, or the data protection authority in your country.
